Dave Roe has worked 30+ years in on-line marketing for multifamily property management companies. Back in the early 1990’s, before Google and before Apartments.com, he worked as one of the founding employees of RENT.NET introducing the industry to Internet marketing for the first time. Today, we work with management companies and individual properties from Maine to Florida. From suburban garden style communities to urban “A” properties…we can make the phone ring! In addition to Multifamily, we build and execute PPC campaigns for a wide range of other verticals too.

Adam Weiss
Director of Client Strategy

Adam Weiss, formerly a Global Client Strategist at Google Ads where he managed significant OTT, Search and GDN projects and cultivated and refined his expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing strategies. Prior to that, he worked at Making Science, a Digital Marketing and Data Consultancy, where he innovated digital strategies in luxury goods and AI, advanced his instincts building strategic partnerships. Over the years Adam has developed strong behavioral analysis skills, digging deep into user intent and search volume patterns, helping to optimize and sharpen campaign audience targeting.
